ICBG OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
The Governing document for each ICBG requires the selection of an Oversight Committee. The purpose of the committee is to adjudicate and assist in settling any disputes that may arise. Each Bank is permitted a primary representative as well as an alternate in the event of the unavailability of the primary representative. The Chairperson oversees this process and has responsibility for the final decision when a consensus cannot be reached.
The members of the Oversight Committee, as selected by the regional central banks, are set out in the table below:
